The problem
A blood analyzer drops a report file on the lab PC and nothing else happens. Someone has to find the patient and send it — and the patient gets a PDF full of English terms they cannot read.

What was hard
- 33 blood tests explained in plain Marathi, with separate normal ranges for men and women.
- Dangerous values show a clear “see a doctor today” banner instead of hiding in a list.
- Patients can ask questions out loud in Marathi and hear the answers.
- Scanned PDFs are refused on purpose — sending a mis-read result is worse than sending nothing.
The result
The report reaches the patient automatically, in their language, behind a secure expiring link and PIN.
