The problem
Writing API tests by hand is slow. Real traffic already shows how the APIs are used — it is sitting in the logs.
How it works
- 01Read ELK logs
- 02Generate curl
- 03Run as tests
What I did
- Generated curl commands straight from logged HTTPS responses, instead of writing each test by hand.
- Moved the service from Node.js to NestJS for better speed and scale.
The result
API tests that come from how the system is really used.
